Who this service is for:

This service is for families that have exhausted all other respite supports within their community.  Referrals for this program are open to children and youth from the following regions: City of Kawartha Lakes, Haliburton, Simcoe County, York Region, Peterborough, Northumberland and Durham Region.

Service Location

The Wintergreen Respite Program is located in Minden Hills Township (near Kinmount).

Referral Process
